I want to know if the payment is COD (cash on delivery) or if it has already been paid. I only have the tracking number and phone number to provide for this check. I asked if I could send the tracking number and phone number to get help identifying which shipments are COD and which are already paid. I also requested an official link to check the payment status. Additionally, I described a process where on a promotional page, after clicking 'check my order' and entering a phone number, a message appears indicating COD is closed and asking to pay the order, with bank or e-wallet account details provided. I want the information separated and not combined. I need assistance with this payment status verification for my shipments. -
