Kendala menambahkan approval 2 tingkat pada form

I am experiencing difficulty adding a two-level approval process to a form I created yesterday. Specifically, I want the approval to happen in sequence: level 1 approval first, then level 2 approval. I am confused about how to set this up correctly. When asked if I wanted to connect to an agency in Indonesia, I confirmed that I do.
