Now, coming back to your question, I have checked the Notification email on your form, and it currently doesn't have any PDF attached to it. Here's how to enable this, and choose which PDF should be attached:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, and click Settings at the top orange bar.
2. From the left menu, click Emails.
3. Hover over your Notification email, and click Edit from the right corner.

Now, to enable and choose PDF, follow these steps:

1. From the page that opens, click on the Advanced tab.
2. Scroll down, and enable Attach PDF option.
3. Choose which PDF you would like to attach to the email.
4. Save changes by clicking the green Save email button at the bottom.
