If you have not added a captcha on your form, the captcha that appears is a part of our automated phishing-detection system.
We can whitelist paid accounts, but for free accounts we are unfortunately unable to do so.
The captcha appears most likely when you are sending multiple submissions to the form from the same IP within a short amount of time, eg. when testing the form.
