Do AI Agent Actions/Rules Apply to Instagram and Standalone Link Channels?

2. Do the Action/Rules generated from "Teach Your Agent" automatically apply to ALL channels (Instagram, Standalone link, etc.), or do they only apply locally in the training session?

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. By default, the Action you created in Teach Your Agent will be applied across all channels. But if you specifically tell the agent to only apply it in Instagram, for example, then it will only apply in Instagram.
