Getting a "Sorry, only one entry is allowed" message when trying to submit the form

    Selamat malam Jotform,

    Saya Rinda, applicant BCAFinance.

    Saya tidak dapat submit setelah menyelesaikan psikotes dengan keterangan "sorry, only one entry this allowed"

    Bagaimana cara mengatasinya ? Mengingat sy urgent sekali, sebelum pukul 23.00 ini sudah harus submit.

    PC sy Notebook asus th. 2012 dan other device sy hp vivo Y. keduanya tidak bisa submit.

However, keep in mind that it could take longer to receive a response from them. 

    Now, going back to your question. If you're trying to submit a form but you're getting a message saying that only one entry is allowed, we suggest reaching out to the form owner or to the person who provided you with the form and notify them about this. There's a certain setting in the form that prevents multiple submissions from the same browser or IP Address. They'll be able to further help you either by deleting your previous submission or by disabling the said setting.
