Now, let me help you with your question. You can use the appointment field to let the users pick up the available event dates and times. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Basic tab, add an Appointment element to your form.

You have several options in the appointment settings like slots, and the number of attendees. You can set the Maximum Attendees Per Time Slot if you want. You can change it to the number of attendees. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Gear icon of the appointment field to open Properties.
2. Under the Advanced tab, set the Maximum Attendees to 5 as an example.

Do note that it is not possible to send a Google Calendar invite to the responders when they book an appointment. You or Jotform do not have access/permission to use the registrant's Google Calendar, so it is impossible to auto-add the event/invite to the user's account (Google Calendar).

You can only send an Autoresponder email to your users so that they will be notified about the meeting they have scheduled, and they can manually add the event to their calendars. After that, you can manually send them the meeting invitation to their email.
