Form Submission: Some submissions are missing

Estou com um formulário aberto, e tive a reclamação de 3 usuários que relataram terem completado a inscrição, mas a mesmo não constou na base de dados de respostas, nem da de envios incompletos. Alguma ideia de que problema poderia ser esse?

Now, let me help you with your question. We can try to check the Trashed Entries and Archive Entries in Jotform Tables. Here’s how to do it:

1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon on the top-left side of the page and select Trashed Entries or Archive Entries.

If the missing submission were not there, can you ask the users to take a screenshot of the Email Notification that they've received after they submitted their completed form and send it to this thread for us to investigate this further? This guide will show you how to do that.
