What does Monthly Submission refer to?

Gostaria de saber mais infos sobre os vossos pacotes pagos:

• A que se referem os 100 envios mensais, 1000 envios mensais...? São 100 emails que podemos enviar com aquele link? Ou se podemos enviar aquele link para 100 endereços de email?
• Se optar pela solução mensal, o pagamento é anual? Não dá para comprar só 1 mês?
• O 1 usuário - o que é que isso significa e implicações? Provavelmente irei necessitar que várias pessoas de endereços de emails diferentes possam enviar este forms e aceder aos dados.
• Por último - posso fazer upgrade a um form, que tenha sido plano prata e passar a ouro?

About your question regarding Monthly Submission, Monthly Submission is the total number of entries that you can receive from all your forms, this includes imported entries, each month. This limit will reset every usage cycle. You can find out when your usage refreshes in your Account Settings.

You can share your form as many times as you like. We suggest sharing your form by copying and pasting your form URL to your preferred channels. It's easy to retrieve your form URL, let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish at the top orange navigation bar.
2. Under Link to Share, click on Copy URL, and your form URL will be copied.
3. When the user click on your form URL, they'll be directed to your form.

What do you mean by " This limit will reset every usage cycle." How is this calculated? From the day I pay? So imagining that I activate today, my cycle will be every 6th of each month?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. In your Free plan, the cycle will reset every 1st day of the month.

Once you upgrade to one of our paid plans, the cycle will begin as per our system dictated in Usage page.

Thanks for getting back to us. Please note, the 30-day period starts when you sign up for the plan. For instance, if you join on February 6, 2024, it will renew on March 6, 2024. You can also find the renewal date in your account settings. Let me show you how:

• Login to your Jotform account
• Click on your Profile picture in the top right-corner & select Settings
• Choose Usage from left side
