Operações: Pulverização, Roçada, Drench

Depois Selecina O tratorista; O N do veículo, N do implemento,

Quantidade de diesel abastecido: Pessoa escreve no formulário

Hora Início: Pessoa digita

Hora Final; Fica em aberto até o final do dia ou mais de um dia

Quantidade de bombas: Pessoa Digita

opção para anexar uma foto

Now, let me help you with your question. Jotform has any type of form element you may need. I have listed the form elements that would achieve your requirements. Here's how to do it:

1. Use the Dropdown element for the Property, Operation Type, and Tractor Driver fields to allow the form filler to select a predefined option.
2. Click the Add Form Element in Form Builder.
3. Scroll down to the Dropdown element in the Basic tab and add it to your form by clicking it. 
4. You can use the Number element for the Quantity of Diesel Fuel and Number of Bombs.
5. Next, you can use the Time element for the Start and End Time.
6. Lastly, you can use the File Upload element to allow your users to upload a file to your form.
