    Hi julioimoveismkt,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. If you wish to edit submissions, yes it is possible through Tables. Let me show you how:

    1. From your account's My Forms, choose the form and click Submissions on the top part of the page. You can also click the Submissions button below the form title.

    2. You will be routed to the form's Tables and from there, select the column from the submission you want to edit and double click it. Fill in the details needed and once done, just click on any blank space to automatically save the entry.

Another option you can have is to add an edit link to the Autoresponder email so that the users/respondents will have the option to go back to the form and edit their entries. Here's how:

    1. On Form Builder, go to Settings and then select Emails on the left.
    2. Click the pencil icon next to Autoresponder email.

From there, just click + Form Fields and select Edit Link so it can be added to the email. You can place the link anywhere on the email body, depending on your preference.

This is how it'll look like on the user's end:

Making the fields “required” will also do the trick, so that the form won't be submitted unless the required field is filled out. All you have to do is to click the gear (Properties) icon of a field and toggle the Required button "ON". See the screenshot below:

Lastly, adding a Save and Continue option on the form can also help. Please note, however, that you may still need to manually notify the user/respondent if they need to edit their entries, if you will be using the Edit Link and Save and Continue options.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.

    Hi julioimoveismkt,

Thanks for the feedback. I’m sorry you're having difficulties getting those features to work. I can help you with the solution. I've cloned and tested the form and found that the reason you are unable to edit the entries on Jotform Tables is because Jotform Sign Automation (or Jotform Sign), is turned "ON". See screenshot below:

The particular error you are getting is telling you that editing is not allowed and that the data is locked for Jotform Sign forms. Visit the same settings as indicated on the screenshot above and turn it "OFF" so you can edit the entries.

As for the 2nd screenshot you have provided, what you have gone into is your own Notification email, which is a setting for you to get notification emails once submissions are received. Furthermore, you don't have Autoresponder setup on your form yet, which is what you need to set up the Edit Submission part I've mentioned before. I'll show you how to add that to your form. Before I proceed, please make sure to turn Jotform Sign Automation "OFF" first. Here are the steps:

    1. Select Settings on the orange navigation bar in Form Builder.
    2. Choose Emails from the left panel.
    3. Click Add Email.
    4. Click Autoresponder Email and from there, you can add the Edit Link.
    5. Once done, hit Save.

eu fiz o primeiro procedimento de desativar, porém o formulário continua me bloqueando de editar. Nao serve por formulários já cadastrados? só vale pros novos?

    Hi julioimoveismkt,

Thanks for the feedback. When a form has been submitted prior to removing the Jotform Sign Automation, its data entries in Table can't be edited anymore. And yes, the feature will only be available for new submissions. In order to edit the submission, kindly tell the form filler to submit a new one. However, if you decide to reactivate Jotform Sign Automation, the editing feature will become inaccessible again.
