Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Please know that submissions are always stored in our server and your account unless you delete them. If you don't want the submissions to be stored in your account because they are synced in your Google Drive and Google Sheets, you can use the Auto-Delete Submissions feature in your form. This way, the submissions will automatically get deleted from your account after a certain time. Please note that we are unable to retrieve a submission once it is purged from our system. Let me show you how:
- Open your form in Form Builder then click on the Settings tab.
- Click Show More Options.
- Scroll down a bit then click Enable next to Auto-Delete Submissions.
- Select the Deletion Period then click Next to confirm it.

Só que, ele vai para lixeira e a conta ainda continua com os 2GB
Mas lembre-se, eu ainda continuo conseguindo enviar os uploads normalmente. Só me preocupa o armazenamento ter um limite no futuro e isso prejudicar o meu trabalho.

osyrissupersusÉ, aconteceu... Fica difícil trabalhar assim, eu vinculei tudo certo para evitar gastar algo. Deletei os arquivos e mesmo assim fica aparecendo isso. ME AJUDEM, preciso disso funcionando.
