Is it possible to store dropdown option which can be used on different forms?

Tenho a necessidade de usar uma lista suspensa em aproximadamente 7 formulários diferentes com os cliente cadastrados numa base de dados pessoal.

O que eu gostaria de saber é se há alguma ferramenta onde eu possa fazer o upload apenas uma vez dessa informação e atualizá-la automaticamente em todos os formulários ou eu teria que fazer a atualização individualmente para cada formulário?

Now, let me help you with your question. I understand you want to have same dropdown on the different forms with the same options and want to be able to store this in one place so you can use it on different forms. Unfortunetly, it is not possible to store the dropdown information in one place then use it on different forms.

As a workaround, you can use the Spreadsheet to Form widget. You can create a spreadsheet with the dropdown options and then upload it on the form which will automatically show the options in the dropdown. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on +Add Form Elements.
2. Under the Widget tab, search for Spreadsheet to Form widget and drag it on the form.
3. Click on the Upload File in the widget properties and upload the spreadsheet. Please ensure the file is  XLS or XLSX.

Here is what the form will look like.

Vou tentar uma solução parecida aqui, mas infelizmente o Spreadsheet to Form só funciona com arquivos .xls ou .xlsx, pois caso funcionasse com links do google sheets a atualização seria em tempo real e não haveria a necessidade de fazer upload dos arquivos toda vez que houvessem novas atualizações nas listas suspensas.
