How to Delete and Purge Submissions

About data destruction, are you trying to delete the submission's data in your Google spreadsheets? If so, you can delete it manually in your spreadsheets. Changes in your Google Sheets spreadsheet don’t affect your Jotform form entries.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? You can also take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us. This guide will show you how to do that.

Obrigado pelo contato. O processo de excluir eu conheço. Mas gostaria de realizar a destruição dos dados por conta de GDPR. Não apenas excluir, mas fragmentar os dados para que não possam ser acessíveis de forma alguma. Como posso proceder?

Thanks for getting back to us. If I understood it correctly, do you mean purging the submissions? Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Tables, click on the 3 dots on the upper left side of the page.

2. From the dropdown that shows, select Trashed Entries.

3. A pop-up window will appear on the right side of that page.

4. Select the Submission you want to purge or just click on Select All.

5. Click on the Delete Forever button and click on Delete in the confirmation window.

And that's it. The submissions are now deleted and purged.

No Brasil, a legislação que trata de proteção de dados fala não apenas na exclusão dos dados, mas sim na destruição dos mesmos, não sendo possível em nenhuma hipótese recupera-los, nem mesmo por meio do suporte da plataforma. Isto faz sentido para vocês? Há este tipo de processo dentro da Jotform?

Once the submission data is purged from your submission tables, it will be deleted permanently in our servers, thus, can no longer be retrieved from our system.
