Como posso incluir termo de politica de privacidade

Bom dia. Utilizamos uma ficha cadastral em que o cliente coloca os dados e no final nos envia. Eu gostaria de incluir uma caixa em que ele declara estar de acordo com a nossa policita de privacidade, tendo um link para se o cliente quiser clicar abrirar o termo de privacidade por inteiro (um arquivo em pdf). Poderia auxiliar por favor.

Now, let me help you with your question. Yes, you can use our Terms and Conditions widget where form fillers can simply acknowledge it by putting a tick mark on it. You can also use scrollable terms and conditions widget, where you can make your clients read all of your terms and conditions information before they submit their form. Let me show you how you can add simple terms and conditions to your form:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Widgets tab, type terms and conditions or scrollable terms and conditions. Choose either of these.
3. Drag and drop it on your form. Click on the magic wand icon to open the settings of the widget.
4. Under the General tab, in the terms link, enter the URL of your PDF of terms and conditions.
5. Close the widget, and that's it.

You can also use PDF Embedder widget, where you can upload the PDF file of your terms and conditions. But in this widget, your form filler won't be able to add any tick marks or checks; they can only read it through. That's it.
