Now, coming back to your question, If you are referring to a providing an invoice for the payment of the Jotform subscription, then you can check your invoices on the Billing tab of your account settings. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture. 
2. Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
3. Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
4. Scroll down a bit, and you should be able to see the Invoices section. 
5. Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.
