How to disable form after a certain number is reached?

    Hello Marconi,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

We have an option to automatically disable or close the form when after receiving a certain number of submissions. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the Orange bar at the top of the screen.
    2. Click on the current status in the Form Status section.
    3. Select the option to Disable at Submission Limit.
    4. Set the limit and you are done.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

In fact, the logic I need is different: the limitation is not at the end of submission; instead, it is at the start of the process.

If 100 people open the link, it will close independently of whether it has been completed 100 times or not.

How can I make request to new Widgets case this not be possible?

I will repost it in english.

    Hi Marconi,

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we can't count sessions, so we can't prevent opening the link without submitting the form. You will need to have programming knowledge or developer's help to create a custom widget. Additionally, you can also reach out to one of our program partner too. After that, you can upload your widget through Add Widget's page. Few samples of how the widget code looks like can be found here.

Let us know if you have other questions.
