Adding forms to your App is easy. We just need to select Multiple forms when setting up the Form element. Let me walk you through it:

• In App Builder, click on the Add Element button on the left.
• Next, select the Form element, and select the forms you'd like to add to your app.
• Then, select Add Forms and that's it.
