    3. A plataforma mostra o ranking? Para que os usuários saibam a sua colocação em relação aos demais.
    4. Posso criar vários questionários diferentes no mesmo App, e organizá-los em pastas e subpastas?

    Hi Miríades,

It's possible to create reports with your form submissions and embed it to your form. Let me walk you through it:

    1. On your My Forms page, select the form that you want to create a report for.
    2. Click on Reports at the top of the page, and then click on Add New Report.

    3. Now, select Visual Report Builder, which will open Report Builder.

    4. Enter a Report name.

    5. Choose a Report Type:

    • Blank – you can add and place charts manually.
    • Extended Report – a single chart is shown per page by default.
    • Compact Report – two charts are shown per page by default.

    6. Then, click on Create and that’s it. You’re done.

For the Extended and the Compact report types, Report Builder will automatically create a chart for each form field or widget on the form. We also have a guide about How to Create a Visual Report with Your Form Submissions that you can check out.

Once your report is ready, we can copy its link and embed it to your form using the iFrame embed widget. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In Report Builder, click on the Publish tab on the top right corner of the page.
    2. Next, click on the Embed tab, and copy the link.
    3. Now, in Form Builder, click on the Add Element button on the left and look for the iFrame Embed widget under the Widgets tab.
    4. Finally, enter your reports link on the iFrame embed widget and that's it.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

    Hi Jotform Support Team,

Noted that there were some recommendations to use Orderable List or Visual Multi Select for ranking questions. However, I identified the following limitations for visual graph report functions:

    1. Orderable List data has merged the numbering and the options as one combined entry, and it does not show the top-ranked option in the graph. In other words, it is a bit hard to interpret the graph. Would Jotform be possible to show something like this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eza1XbeD2Hc)?How to show Ranking? Image 1 Screenshot 30 Screenshot 10
    2. With Visual Multi Select data, the graph is totally pointless. How to show Ranking? Image 2 Screenshot 41 Screenshot 21

Jotform is a fun and useful tool for some usages, but hope to have more improved functions~

    Thanks.
