Consigo adicionar uma tabela para consulta, para a pessoa poder consultar as opções disponíveis e responder uma pergunta do questionário?

We do have an element called Input Table where you can add a table where the users can type in. You can use the Textbox field type. Let me show you how:

1. Click on the Input Table field from the Form Elements window.
2. Click on the Gear icon next to it.
3. Go to the Fields tab.
4. Choose Textbox under Input Type.
