Can you provide us with what device and browser you are using when you are trying to log in to your account? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot of the console log when you encountered the error and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that. Also try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or try different browsers or Incognito mode and see if it works.
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

Hi Batuhan!
We use Google Chrome version 131.0.6778.86; I cleared the cache and restarted the computer. The problem wasen't resolved, but after few minutes I tried to log in and was succeessful. This is not the first time this problem has happened, and we don't understand why all other programs work normally.

To troubleshoot your intermittent login issues with Jotform, ensure a stable internet connection and try switching to a wired network. Make sure your browser is up to date, clear cache and cookies, and disable any interfering extensions. Try different browsers or incognito mode. Also, check local network settings for any firewall restrictions. If the same thing happens, share with us the screenshot of the console log as mentioned by my colleague Batuhan. It can give us some insight into what's happening.
