Jotform Workflow: Opção para enviar e-mails de aprovação e notificações pelo WhatsApp

No fluxo de aprovação para respostas, temos 3 opções: Aprovado, Negado e Enviar para Análise. Lidamos com um mercado relativamente informal. Existe alguma ferramenta ou plugin que possamos adaptar para o cliente além da resposta por email, receber tbm por WhatsApp?

Now, coming back to your question, Jotform Workflows support sending approval notifications and reports via email, including reminders and customizable messages. However, there isn’t a built-in tool or plugin that can automatically send approval responses through WhatsApp.

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

We're excited to introduce the WhatsApp integration in Jotform Workflows, giving you the power to send messages automatically as part of your workflows and keep recipients informed at every step. Here’s all you need to do:

1. In Workflow Builder, click on Add Element on the upper-left side of the screen.

2. In the menu that opens, under the Integrations tab, drag and drop the WhatsApp Notification integration into your flow.

3. In the pop-up menu, enter your prompt in the text box and click on the Generate button.

4. Next, enter your number in the box under the Phone Number header and click on Send Code.

5. Then, enter the code and click on the Verify button and then click on the Next button.

6. Select Submission Received in the Template dropdown menu* (used as an example) and map your field.

7. Then, click on the Save button. That’s it.
