ResendelocTaking advantage of my contact with you, I would also like some help with another issue.
In this Workflow where we had the problem, I needed to assign a PDF document to the requester, depending on the segment of the Workflow, so that I could analyze the signatures and complete the process within the same Workflow with the final approval.
However, when I created the Task module, it shows a 404 error and does not work. I tested it both in the Workflow Editor's test mode and through the email that was sent during the test. In both environments, the same error screen appeared, and I was never able to test it thoroughly to see if the Task feature would meet what I need.
It was because of this issue that I added the Form step, and since then, this current problem started.
My request is for guidance on which resources could meet my needs, allowing me to view the document submitted within the original submission. With the Form step in the Workflow, it shows as submitted, but it does not display the uploaded document. I have to switch to another Inbox in order to finally see the attached document.
Thank you in advance for your support.

Eliza Enterprise SupportHi Resendeloc,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. A 404 message when accessing attachments or uploaded files in Jotform usually means you are not logged into your account while the privacy setting requiring a login is turned on, or the file has been deleted.
To prevent our system from asking you to log in before viewing or downloading submission attachments, you can Disable the Requirement to Login to View Uploaded Files. It only takes a few simple steps. Here’s how:
1. On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image in the top-right corner of the screen.
2. In the Dropdown menu that comes up, click on Settings.

3. Next, click on the Security tab on the left side of the page.
4. Then, click on Send Verification Code.

5. In the Confirmation window that opens, enter the Authentication Code sent to your email and click on Verify.

6. Now, uncheck the box next to Require Log-in to View Uploaded Files. That’s it. You’re done.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
