Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you'd like to recover a document that had been deleted. To do so, you may need to follow the following steps:

1. Go to your Forms.
2. Select the Trash at the bottom of the page.
3. Click in Revert.
4. And you will be able to have them back.

In case you wanted to revert your form history and recover the information you changed, you should do the following:

1. Go to the form you'd like to modify.
2. Click on the top part where it saves.
3. There you can check the form history and revert it.
