Challenge

Bosco wanted to modernize its registration process by shifting to online forms. Dynamic form fields would add versatility to a vital workflow and accommodate a variety of student needs. Bosco staff also wanted to add information to a form after it was submitted, and they needed a way to store data for educational audits.
Solution

After trying several online form tools, Bosco found that Jotform Enterprise fulfilled all of its needs. Conditional logic tailored form fields for each student, Jotform Inbox and Tables allowed staff to add data to a form after it was submitted, and Jotform Enterprise’s Excel integration and PDF Editor made data management simple and accurate.
Results

Bosco’s registration process is 50 percent faster with Jotform Enterprise. The ability to tailor the process to individual students has made it easier to create student learning plans. Data accuracy is 100 percent improved, and physical files are a thing of the past, making educational audits a low-stress affair.
