500 fields per form are the maximum number of elements and/or widgets allowed on a form, which are actually a lot of fields, this is in the silver plan. If you need help establishing it, we can recommend you the elements or widgets to use. And relating to the contracts, it is possible to use for that the Smart PDF, which will automatically send the information collected in the form to the PDF. This is an example:
