Грешка при заявка

Здравейте,
Опитвам се, да направя заявка за получаване на прати от приятел ,и всеки път ми дава,че има някаква грешка в момента на приложението ,и да опитам по-късно, така е вече от месец

Как мога да отстраня този проблем,бихте ли ми съдействали ?
