    Hi hocoge,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. If I understand you correctly, you want to upload your edited PDF from Adobe and then attach it to your Notification/Autoresponder Email? If yes, You can update it using our Smart PDF Forms feature.

    To update your original PDF:

    1. In My Forms page, click on the Create Form button.

Now, set your Notification and Autoresponder Email.

    1. In Smart PDF Forms Builder, go to Settings.

    2. Click on the Emails tab, then click on the Add Email button.

    3. Select Notification/Autoresponder email from the options.

    4. Go to Advanced tab, under the Attach PDF option you can choose either the Original PDF or the Default Document, then click on the Save button.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
