Bounce-Liste: E-Mail-Benachrichtigung nicht erhalten

    Hallo,

    die Zustellung an die im Formular hinterlegte Mailadresse funktioniert leider nicht mehr. Die Testmail kommt an, eine echte Benachrichtigung per Mail, die durch das Abschicken des Formulars verschickt werden soll, kommt aber weder im Posteingang noch im Junk/Spam an.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are currently busy assisting other Jotform users. However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. If you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. 

    Now, let me help you with your question. Upon checking, buero@groeger-bauaufzuege.de is on the bounce list. We have already removed the email address from the bounce list. Also, I can guide you on How to Remove Your Email Address from Bounce List. Let me show you how:

    1. Click on your Avatar on the right side of the screen.
    2. Select Settings in the dropdown.
    3. Scroll down to Bounce List.
    4. Enter the email address you want to check.
    5. Click on Remove if it is in the Bounce list.Email addresses are in the bounce list Image 1 Screenshot 20 Screenshot 10

    After removing your email address from the bounce list, you should start receiving emails again.

    thanks for your quick answer. Communicating in English is also ok for me. Now I know how to handle bounce problems. Hope this solved my e-mail problem...
