    meine Formulare wurden deaktiviert. Diese wurde gestern veröffentlicht - was kann ich tun, um diese schnellstmöglich zu aktiveren?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users. I'll try to help you in English using a translator, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, remember that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    This form was found on your account and flagged as offering fake service

    We understand this might not be the case with your form, yet we had to act according to the general rule to comply with our Terms: Free accounts with non-corporate emails showing suspicious forms must be suspended immediately.

    To reactivate your account, we will have to delete the offending form. Or, kindly provide us with the following information:

    1. The URL where your form is used.

    2. Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.

    We also need you to change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.
