Buttons in form are not displaying correctly

    Olá, utilizo a Jotform há muito anos, sempre com muita satisfação com esta plataforma de excelência e de colaboradores muito atenciosos!

    Acredito que seja um problema no banco de dados da plataforma, pois na própria dashboard de edição do meu formulário no site o problema se manifesta. Algumas imagens de botões nas funções do formulário não estão aparecendo. Anexado à esta solicitação está o exemplo;.

    Outro problema que estou enfrentando no meu formulário é a integração do checkout de pagamento com o widget do Paypal. Já desconectei e reconectei novamente e não sanou o problema, pelo menos de imediato, pois pode ser que demore um pouco para o sistema se adequar. Anexado à esta solicitação está o exemplo.

    Hi rotecservices,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using an online translator, but you can reply in whichever language you prefer using. If you'd rather have support in Portuguese, just let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, about your question. After doing a test on a clone of your form, I did notice the buttons were displaying as in your screenshots. However, I was able to fix this by changing the design theme and then switching it back to the one you have predetermined. Let me show you:

    • On Form Builder, click on the paint roller icon on the right side and go to the Themes tab.
    • Select a different theme, and then select again the theme you previously had.
