Account: How to change account's password?

    I received an email notifying me that I accessed my Jotform account from multiple devices, so they were going to suspend my account. To avoid this, they are asking me to change my Jotform password but my way of logging in is through my Gmail account, how do I fix this?

    Hi Recambio_hola,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Creating a password for your Jotform account should give you an option to log in by entering your username and Jotform password. Let me show you how:

    1. Assuming that you are already logged in to your account, click your Profile/Avatar from the upper right corner of the page, and click on Settings.
    2. Then, go to the Accounts tab from the left panel menu. You should be able to see your Username and Password.
    3. In the Password section, you can click on the hyperlinked Reset Password.
    4. Finally, check your email and follow the on-screen instructions in resetting your password.
