Tu cuenta está en el plan Silver, que tiene un límite mensual de 250 documentos firmados. Actualmente, tienes 251 envíos, lo que significa que has alcanzado el límite mensual para documentos firmados.
El contador de envíos se reinicia al inicio de cada ciclo mensual, pero para el límite de documentos firmados, debes esperar al siguiente ciclo mensual para que se restablezca a cero.
Si necesitas seguir utilizando la plataforma sin esperar al reinicio, puedes considerar actualizar tu plan a uno superior para obtener límites más altos. Now, coming back to your question, our system shows that you reached your Signed Document limit. The monthly signed document limit applies if you created a signed document that someone filled out, or if your form has Jotform Sign Automation enabled. Keep in mind that submissions and signatures can still be collected without counting toward the limit.
If you only need to collect signatures and don't require a Sign Document (which is different from a PDF submission document), you can disable the option to avoid it counting toward your monthly usage. You can disable this option so it doesn’t count toward your monthly usage. This will allow you to collect up to 2500 submissions per month on the Silver plan. Let me show you how to do that.
- In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Then, in the menu on the left side of the page, click on Jotform Sign.
- Finally, toggle off the button for Enable Jotform Sign Automation.

You can either upgrade your plan to increase your limit or wait until your storage limits reset on the next reset date. Checking your account's monthly reset date is quick and easy. Here’s a quick how-to:
1. On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image in the top-right corner of the screen.
2. In the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.

3. Then, click on the Usage tab on the left side of the page.
4. Now, in the Monthly Usage section, you can view your real-time usage data along with the date your monthly limit will reset.
