Send notifications and forms to users

Now, let me help you with your question. You can only have either Email notification or Autoresponder email or both. Email notification will be sent to the account owner while the Autoresponder email will be sent to the submitter.

Thanks for getting back to Jotform Support and for the additional information. Can you clear to us the flow or use case of your form? Please check the below if I understand your form's flow:

1. Your secretary will fill out the form.
2. After the secretary fills out the necessary form fields, the form will now be sent to the user.
3. The user can now access the form and make edits to the details added to the form.

If this is what you want to achieve, you can try to check the Manual Prefill. This will allow the Secretary to fill out the form first before sending it to the user to complete the form submission. Please see this guide on how to prefill form fields with data you provide with Manual Prefill.

Regarding your question about sending a notification to users registered, this can be possible in the form submission table. Please follow the steps and screencast below:

• In the form submission table, click on the + ADD after the last column on your form
• Go to the Buttons tab.
• Choose Send Email.
• Enter the column header that you want to show.
• Choose which email are you going to send. You can also edit the email content before sending it.
• Click on the Create Column button.
• A new button will be added to your form submission table and clicking it will trigger the form email to be sent.
