    Bonjour,

    Hi Julie,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. You can remove the PayPal integration if you switch the payment gateway to a Purchase Order. Customers don't have to make a payment with a Purchase Order. It will work just like the Product Listing element. Let's do it:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Add Form Elements menu on the left side of the screen.
    2. Under the Payments tab, click on the Three Dots icon next to your payment method.
    3. Now, click on Switch to Another Gateway.
    4. In the list that opens up, scroll down and click on Purchase Order to add it to your form.

As for your other question on taxes, are you referring to the Tax option in the product list? If yes, you can adjust the taxes in the Tax tab in the Product List field. You can do this after you have switched the payment method to Purchase Order. Let me show you how to do it:

    • In Form Builder, Click on the Wand icon on the right side of the Product List element.
    • Click on the Tax tab and set your Tax Rate.
    • Then, change the Tax Text on the Form section to Credit Card Processing Fee.
