Going back to your question. Do you need to prevent students to submit the Form multiple times? If yes, you can enable the Unique Submission or Unique Field via the settings of the Form. These features will prevent respondents to submit multiple submissions.

1. On the Form Builder page, click on the Settings tab on the orange navigation bar at the top. Then, click the Show More Options button.
   
2. Look for the Unique Submission and Unique Field sections. Set it to Check Cookies and IP Address and select a Form field.
   

Once that's done, the responder will get this result.
