Now, coming back to your question, I understand that you need to avoid repeat submissions from an IP address. You can do that by enabling the Unique Submission feature on the Settings of the Form.

1. On the Form Builder page, click on the Settings tab on the orange navigation bar at the top. Then, click the Show More Options button.
   
2. Look for the Unique Submission feature and set it to Check cookies and IP address.
