Unable to sign in

I have checked the account under ''eraiindonesia.official@gmail.com '' and it seems to be active on our end. To confirm, do you mean that the Gmail account is suspended, that's why you cannot log in? Please note that you can use your username ''eraiindonesia.official'' instead of your email so that you can sign in back to your account.

Also, we can't move the forms since they're stored in a different account form than the one used to send this request. For security reasons, we need the current owner, to send the transfer request from their account while logged in.

Are you referring to resetting the password? If yes, I'm afraid you will not be able to proceed as the reset email will be sent to eraiindonesia.official@gmail.com. Are you perhaps unable to log in using your username/email address and password?

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, there is no option to log in if you do not have access to both the email address and the password for the account. Is any of the forms on the account eraiindonesia.official embedded to a website? If so, is the ownership of the website under your name? Also, can you provide us with the link to the website where the form is embedded, so we can verify the ownership?

Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

Could you please let us know where the form is embedded on the website this would help us verify the account ownership. Can you provide us with the direct link where the form is embedded?
