    Dzień dobry, miałam u Państwa wykupiony formularz i z tego co zrozumiałam jeśli mi się nie sprawdzi to gdy odstąpię od wyższego planu nie przekraczając miesiąca to zwrócicie mi Państwo pieniądze jednak tak się nie stało. Czy możemy jeszcze jakoś temu zaradzić?

    Dziękuję, niestety w linku nie mogę prosić o zwrot ponieważ minął okres 30 dni. Anulowałam plan w odpowiednim momencie kiedy jeszcze nie minęło 30 dni ale w formularzu nie ma akceptacji ponieważ dzisiaj go wypełniam

    Canceling your subscription will only stop its auto-renewal but it won't automatically refund the payment made. Unfortunately, we cannot process a refund anymore if the payment has already exceeded 30 days when it was made. We will be able to process it if you have reached out to us and requested the refund before the 30-day refund window is up.

    Czy w takim razie mogę prosić o zwrot części kosztu ?

    Sorry but unfortunately, we don't process a partial refund. We can only process a full refund if the user requested it and it's within the 30-day refund policy window.
