This is how it works

As a JotForm user, you can export your forms to fillable PDFs, send them out to your customers, and the form responses are saved in your JotForm account when someone submits the form. Plus, customers don’t have to be online to complete your PDF form. It can be completed on the go and you can read the results directly from the filled out PDF the next time your customer is online.

How to use the Fillable PDF Form Creator:

  1. 1- Choose from over 8,000 templates, or quickly create your own form from scratch with our drag-and-drop builder.
  2. 2- From the “My Forms” page, select the form you want to convert to a fillable PDF. Then, from the "More" menu, select the "Create PDF" option.
  3. 3- Save the PDF file to your computer.

How to get your PDF form submissions:

  1. 1- From the "My Forms" page, under the "More" menu, select "View Submissions".
  2. 2- See your submissions, and if you want, export them in Excel, CSV or PDF formats.

Of course your customers still have the option to print the form, sign it, and return it in person or by scanning. It’s entirely up to you!
