Issue with submission PDF attached to the email notification

    Ao preencher os formulários os clientes recebem um email de boas vindas, junto com o anexo do pdf preenchido por eles.


    Eu recebo um resumo do preenchido e o o pdf em anexo também.


    Porém estão acontecendo muitas falhas e vários email vem sem anexo, tanto para mim como para os clientes!


    Preciso saber qual o erro?


    Tentei conectar um email meu como remetente porém não consigo só da erro!


    Como podemos resolver isso?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your issue, are you referring to the Termo de Adesão - Mogi Fibra form? Are the user's getting an error when opening the attachment or they don't receive the attachment at all? If they are getting an error, can you please share a screenshot of it? Please know that there is a 5MB attachment file size limit if you use the default Sender Email, noreply@jotform.com. If the total file size is more than 5MB, it will not get attached to the email.

    os não recebem o anexo! E normalmente esse é o peso dos arquivos

    Mesmo o tamanho sendo baixo, não chegam os anexo, tanto no email que vem para mim quanto no que envio para os clientes! Esse é um caso que veio sem os anexos... e ambos são e-mails vindos do mesmo formulário

    Hi Rafael,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I checked and cloned your form and tested a submission with uploaded files. I was able to receive the submission attachments but they were bigger than the 5MB limit so I received this message:

    Is there any chance that the form filler didn't upload any attachment files? Can you check the submission from the Tables and get back to us? Since I was unable to replicate the issue, I cleared the form cache to refresh the data. You can check this guide on How to Clear Your Form Cache. Can you please test your Email again and see how it goes? If the issue still persists, please let us know, and we will further investigate to better understand what is going on.
