Now, coming back to your question. The Upload Space limit refers to the available disk space you can use, account-wide, for storing files uploaded on your forms. And this limit does not reset. But, you can Download your Submissions, Delete them from the Submission Table, and Purge them from the Trash Entries, so you can free up some space. Let me show you how:

First, download your submissions, so you will not lose any data.

• On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.

• Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page. 
• Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.

Second, Delete the submissions and purge them from the Trash Entries.

• On your My Forms page, select the form with the submissions you want to delete.
• At the top of the page, click the Submissions button to open Jotform Tables.
• Next, you can select multiple entries and click on the Delete button in the upper right corner of the page, then Move To Trash.

• Select Trashed Entries from the Three Vertical dots icon in the top left corner of the page, click on the Select All button, choose the Delete Forever button, and then select Delete.

Now, that you have deleted your Submissions, you will need to Clear your Form's Cache to refresh your forms, and then you can go to your Account Settings where you can see the updated available space capacity.
