Tenho espaço no formulário mas não estou recebendo respostas

    Boa tarde!

    O formulário está com espaço disponível, porém não estou conseguindo receber respostas.

However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. If you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. 

    I'm having trouble fully understanding your concern. For us to assist you better, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening or any error message and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that. Any additional details you can provide will be valuable in resolving this issue promptly.
