-
Podo: Support SpecialistHi Instituto,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Deixe-me ajudar com o passo a passo:
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Instituto,
- Verificar a seção Privacy Options, onde devem aparecer: Private Table, Public Table e Company Access.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
-
-
Podo: Support SpecialistHi Instituto,

Sheena Jotform SupportHi Instituto_Base,
While we do offer Support in many foreign languages, and we're working hard to add more every day, we don't currently have Portugues Support agents who can help you. So I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.
Now, coming back to your question, let us take a look at this for you. To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the top-right corner of your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. Then, in the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.

3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.

5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.

6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle on Jotform Support Access.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help. -

Sheena Jotform SupportHi Instituto_Base,
I've gone ahead and reached out to our relevant team about this. We’ll get back to you as soon as we get an update from them.

Siera Fraud & Abuse Ops. SpecialistHi Instituto_Base,
Because your forms titled Inscrição para Assessor(a) de Comunicação para a TBDF2026 and Inscrição para Basquete Fitness no Parque involve collecting sensitive information, your account was subject to the User Verification (KYC) process.
As you successfully completed the identity verification process and are allowed to collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) on your forms, your account falls under a stricter security framework. So, setting the privacy of Tables to Public isn't available on your account as part of our compliance with applicable data protection requirements.
At the moment, we don’t have a way to apply this setting on a per-form basis, which means it also affects forms that do not collect sensitive data. When an account is allowed to collect sensitive information, these security settings are applied at the account level and cannot be configured separately for individual forms.
If you need to share submission data with others, you may consider the following options:
- inviting team members to Tables or Inbox as collaborators
- integrating Google Drive or Google Sheets with the relevant forms
- using a separate Jotform account for forms that do not collect sensitive information, where these restrictions would not apply
- removing the relevant fields or forms, then removing the identity verification under the Data section of the Account Settings.
I understand this is a change from your previous workflow and I appreciate your understanding as we apply these measures to ensure compliance with data protection requirements.

-
Siera Fraud & Abuse Ops. SpecialistHi Instituto_Base,
PII refers to any data that can be used to identify an individual. This includes, but is not limited to:
- National ID, passport numbers, or other government-issued identification
- Social Security Number (SSN)
- Financial information like bank account or bank statements
For more information, you can check out our Terms. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Instituto_BaseBom dia!

Sheena Jotform SupportHi Instituto_Base,
As mentioned previously, when an account is allowed to collect sensitive personal data and passes the Identity Verification process, stricter security rules are applied at the account level. One of these rules is that the option to set Tables as public is no longer available, and at the moment this cannot be enabled only for some forms while keeping others under the stricter framework.
If you stop collecting PII and remove those sensitive fields from your forms, and then remove the identity verification from your Account Settings, the option to set your Tables as public will become available again for your account.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Siera Fraud & Abuse Ops. SpecialistHi Instituto_Base,
To answer your last question, if you're considering opening a separate Jotform account for your forms that do not collect sensitive information, you'll be able to transfer 5 of your current forms to a Starter (Free) account. If these forms do not receive too many submissions and stay within the Starter Plan limits given in our Pricing page, you won't need to upgrade.
You can check out our How to Transfer Your Forms and Data to Another Account guide to learn more about transferring forms.
Reach out again if there's anything else we can do for you.
