Is it possible to copy a value from one field to anothe in a Sign Document?

I will create signable pdf forms. but I want to add some answers by duplicating them. for example, there is a 20-page pdf, we need to add the same information on each page, but it does not work. we write one by one, but we need duplicate answer.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, you can not add questions and answers dynamically. Questions can be added during design time in build mode. After publish, the same PDF will be sent to all. As a workaround for that, you can create different forms with different number of questions. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Thanks for patiently waiting. I understand that you want to display the value that is added in a single field to the rest of the fields without having to repetitively add them. Here's what I've understood so far:

You want to copy this first field's value

Into other fields in the other pages.

Unfortunately, there is no way that you can copy values from one field to another in a Sign Document.

A workaround that I can think of is to use Smart PDF Forms, then you can set a condition to copy the value of one field to another. The values will still be added to the original PDF file, but the form filler will initially see the form, fill it out, and the PDF will be previewed after. You'll also have to create multiple conditions for this, which depends on how many field values to be copied needed in each page. Let me walk you through an example:

1. On the My Forms page, click on the Create Form button on the left side of the page.

2. Select the Import Form option.

3. Next, select Import PDF Form.

4. Upload your PDF document and check if the needed fields are added in the form as expected.

5. You can hide the duplicate fields that are detected. Just click on the fields while pressing the CTRL key and click on the Hide button at the top of the page.

Make sure that all fields are mapped accordingly as well.

6. Then, go to the Settings tab in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

7. Click on Conditions on the left menu.

8. Select the Update/Calculate Field option and add this condition:

Sample:

IF 2. Name
STATE Is Filled
DO Copy Field Value
FROM 1. Name
To 8. Name

9. Add the same condition that will copy the field value from the first page to the next pages.
