Captcha appears when submitting a form

    Now, let me help you with your question. I am sorry if you're having issues with your form. Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If a captcha is appearing on form submission, our anti-spam system is probably triggering it. To decrease the likelihood of spam submissions to your form, a captcha is used. Please note that the captcha is an anti-spam feature, and it usually appears when the system detects that multiple submissions are being sent from a certain IP Address in a short period of time. 

    To fix this, you can wait for around 10 to 20 minutes before submitting the form again. You can also try refreshing your internet connection, and possibly get a different IP Address. Or, we can whitelist your account to remove the captcha, but this is only available to our paid plan users.
