Requiring user to log in before accessing the form

Now, let me help you with your question. To clarify, do you want users to sign in to their Jotform account before having access to your form? If yes, you can change your access form setting to private. Let's do it:

1. In your Form Builder, click on Publish on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. From Quick Share, click the Gear icon of the Settings section.
3. From Public Form, switch to Private Form.
