I am looking forward to your help on this issue. We are faced with negative but justified comments from our customers for whom we have created signature documents.

    Hi Hollanda,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Is that the PDF submission report in your screenshot? Can you share the form in question so we can check? You can provide us the form URL.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Of Course,

Yes it is, as you can see some letters are big when we compare with left side of the red marked letters.

When we filled up form for signature, some of letters are big but some of them small.

    Hi Hollanda,

Thanks for getting back to us. I see it's a Jotform Sign Document. The font size of the text will depend on the field's height. You will have to adjust in the Sign Document Builder the field and make sure they are all the same sizes. Let me walk you through it:

Open the Jotform Sign Document Builder.

In the Sign Document Builder, simply resize the field's height.

Give it a try and let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
