Unable to install the app in Chrome when using iOS device

    Merhabalar,

    Yaptığım bir uygulamayı reklamlarla çok fazla kişiye ulaştırmayı hedefliyorum. Fakat bunu yaparken bazı noktalarda uygulama modülünüz bana zorluk çıkartıyor. Öncelikle uygulamaların chrome üzerinden yüklenememesi büyük bir problem. İnsanları safariye yönlendirmek biraz zor.

    Bir de ben uygulamayı türkçe şekilde yaptım ama ANA EKRANA EKLEMEK İSTER MİSİNİZ? sorusu ingilizce olarak geliyor bazı kullanıcılara. Bununla alakalı bir geliştirme yapamaz mıyız?

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Turkish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening?

    Uygulama linkini gönderdiğimiz müşterilerimiz eğer apple telefon kullanıyorsa uygulamayı yüklemek istediğinde telefonundaki chrome uygulamasıyla bunu gerçekleştiremiyorlar. sadece safari üzerinden yükleme yapabiliyorlar. Chrome üzerinden çalışacak şekilde uygulamaları geliştirmeniz gerekiyor.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Please share the link/URL of the form or app so we can check it on our end. If you can take a screen recording, that would be a great help as well. Save the recording in a Google Drive or equivalent cloud storage, and then send us the shareable link. We need all this information to forward it to our Developer Team for a fix.

    Uygulama bu. Bu linki insanlara gönderdiğimde, eğer varsayılan tarayıcıları chrome ise yükleme yapamıyorlar. Desteğiniz ricadır.

    Hi SaraTour,

    Thanks for getting back to us. The same thing happened to me when I cloned and tested your app. I was advised to open the app in Safari to install it. We suggest that you advise your customers to either open the app in Safari or change their default browser settings to Safari.     Merhaba,

    Uygulamamı binlerce kişiye pazarlayacağım. Hepsine tek tek chrome kullanmayın diyerek bunu yapamam. Altyapıyı geliştirmeniz gerekiyor.

We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it.
