Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry this is happening. I checked your form and can see that it's already connected to Square but I noticed that your current Square Payment Integration Business Location has been stuck to Fetching locations. This error is mostly caused by the connection between Jotform and Square. To fix this, re-integrate your Square connection by disconnection and reconnecting. Here's how:
- In your Payment field, click the Wand icon to open the Payment Settings.
- Click on the dropdown arrow.
- Click the Reconnect button.
If you're still having the same issue, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.

Thank you for getting back to us. I’m sorry you're having difficulties getting that feature to work. I have looked into your account and as not able to find any forms with a Payment Integration. Can you share with us the form URL you are having issues with so we can try to test from our end?
